At HavenSydney, getting your order to you is our top priority. Every day, we ship out hundreds of products to happy customers around the globe. But since most of our warehouses are located overseas, shipping times can vary. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer next-day delivery at this stage.

Processing Time: Once your payment’s been confirmed, we’re straight onto it! We’ll send your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. This process usually takes between 1-4 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to how long it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep. Typically, this takes about 10-15 days, but please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location.

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then easily keep tabs on your delivery directly from our website (link to tracking page). While most of our shipping partners offer tracking, there might be the odd case where it’s unavailable – though that’s pretty rare.
